1.Can you tell me about your business and what products/services you offer?

RBC is dedicated to providing exceptional advice to help our clients achieve their financial goals. Our goal is to discover what is important to our personal & business clients so that we can be certain that our advice and the products & services we offer are aligned to their goals.

2. What do you love most about being running a business in the Greater Summerside area?

I LOVE how RBC is dedicated to linking arms with our Community Partners, like the GSCC, in order to fulfill our Mission of Helping People thrive & Communities Prosper.

3. Are there any specific challenges or advantages to running a business in the Greater Summerside area?

I am blessed to have a wonderful Team & that my growing Team reflects the diversity of our Summerside Community. We very much operate as a greater PEI Community which allows us access to many experts within RBC across the Island who are available to help our clients discover & meets their goals. We work in a collaborative partnership approach to ensure a level of expertise that is second to none all for the greater good of our clients.

4. What are your plans for the future of your business in the Greater Summerside area?

In 2024 we are leaning into continuing to help provide advice to all of our clients. We are dedicated to helping our Newcomers understand banking in Canada and set them up for financial success. We are also dedicated to helping our business community discover ways that RBC can help their businesses thrive, create efficiency & bring awareness to the many programs that RBC has to offer to enhance their business productivity, employee retention & profitability.

5. Can you share a success story or a memorable experience related to your business in the Greater Summerside area?

I am so proud that I could list a multitude of memorable experiences. One that resonates so positively is when a group of newcomers had come into the branch to open accounts. They literally had arrived to PEI only hours before. We accommodated them and proceeded to open their accounts. One of my Team was able to speak to them in their native language reflecting the diversity and commitment to serving our growingly diverse community. Later on my lunch walk they were outside taking selfies of themselves with the RBC logo and rushed towards me telling me it was a dream to live in Canada and have a bank account at RBC.
