Human resource policies form part of the employment relationship between the employer and the employee. Having the right policies in place can help ensure a smoother employment relationship. Often times businesses do not have policies in place or if they do have policies in place, the policies are outdated. This has the potential to cause problems in the employment relationship which can be costly for the employer.
This session will discuss the importance of having up to date policies as well as the process of developing effective policies and is free for GSCC members.
