Each award highlights contributions to business success, leadership, and positive influence on the local community.
Business Excellence Award Categories
Presented to a business or organization that:

- Has become a positive Island ambassador through its activities on or off Island

Presented to a business or organization that:

Presented to a business in operation less than five years which:
- Demonstrates a clear understanding of the needs of its client base and provides them in a meaningful way

Presented to a business or organization which in the past year has courageously stepped outside the box to:
- Solve a business problem
- Identify and fulfill a new customer need or niche
- Develop innovative marketing or technology solutions to drive its business forward

Presented to a business or organization which creates a positive social, cultural or economic impact on the community by:
- Contributing personal or employee volunteer time to the community
- Providing financial support to other organizations through sponsorship or donations

Presented to an individual, validated by his/her employer, who may or may not be in a customer-facing position but:
