Small Business Week is just around the corner, and the Greater Summerside Chamber of Commerce is excited to celebrate the incredible contributions of our local entrepreneurs. These businesses are the heart and soul of our community, and we're thrilled to offer a lineup of events designed to honor, support, and connect them. Lunch & Learn with PAC: October 21, 2024 | 11:30 PM – 12:30 PM
Looking to grow your business by becoming a supplier to the federal government? Join us for a Lunch & Learn with Procurement Assistance Canada (PAC), part of Public Works and Procurement Canada. PAC will demystify the procurement process and provide valuable insights on how small businesses can supply goods and services to the federal government.
This session is perfect for any business interested in expanding its reach by tapping into government contracts. Enjoy lunch while learning how to navigate federal procurement opportunities!
Registration is $30 and includes lunch, coffee/tea, cold beverage and dessert.
Pass the Petal: October 23 & 24, 2024
In partnership with Kelly’s Flower Shoppe, we're launching the "Pass the Petal" initiative, a heartfelt tribute to our small business community. During Small Business Week, we'll be delivering individually wrapped flowers to our Chamber members and other local businesses as a token of appreciation.
Our Petal Crew, made up of volunteers, will be spreading smiles and gratitude across Summerside. Each flower symbolizes the growth, strength, and resilience of our businesses. It’s a small gesture with a big message: our local businesses make Summerside bloom!

Mega Mixer: October 24, 2024 | 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM
When we say Mega Mixer, we mean MEGA! We're bringing together all five Chambers of Commerce from across PEI for an epic networking event at Lone Oak Brewing Co. in Borden.
This is your opportunity to meet and connect with business owners and professionals from across the Island, in a casual, fun environment. Whether you're looking to make new connections or strengthen existing ones, this is the event for you. There will be light snacks, a cash bar, and fantastic prizes!
